What payment forms do you accept?

We accept payment via any credit card or check online via PayPal. Founded in 1998, PayPal, an eBay company, enables any individual or business with an e-mail address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. PayPal’s service builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards and utilizes the world’s most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe, global, real-time payment solution.

PayPal has quickly become a global leader in online payment solutions with 35 million account members worldwide. Available in 38 countries around the world, buyers and sellers on eBay, online retailers, online businesses, as well as traditional offline businesses are transacting with PayPal.

PayPal has received close to 20 awards for technical excellence from the Internet industry and the business community at large –most recently the 2003 Webby Award for Best Finance Site and the 2003 Webby People’s Voice Award for Best Finance Site.
 

I don't want to use Paypal. Can I send you a check?

We accept checks from the USA only via mail and the check must clear before we send your product out. Please e-mail us before you order as we want to be able to watch our mail for your check. Sorry we cannot accept checks via the mail from Canada.

 

Can I get one area code with all the information?

Unfortunately when you order one area code of fax numbers we use our web search spider to search out all the numbers in a certain area code. This method does not allow us to extract the additional information except company name and fax number. If you need this information you will need to order one of the complete USA databases.

How accurate are your lists?

Fax numbers change daily, so there is no way to have a 100% accurate list.
Each of our lists are different and so is their accuracy. Our most accurate list is our 2004-2005 Marketing Leads Database. It is 80-90%, while our single area code fax numbers only list is 75-85%.

Some companies are claiming high accuracy. These are claims based on the fact they charge you more for there product and simply replace any bad numbers you receive with good numbers. Unfortunately, every time you give them a list of the bad numbers and they give you a list of so called new numbers, that list has bad numbers as well. It's just how fax advertising works. So don't be fooled by other companies charging more for the same thing we offer.
 

I can't get fax software to accept my fax list. Can you help?

We do not offer assistance in the fax software end of things. This is due to the fact of so many different types of software and the time it would take us to help you would bring our prices up on all of our products.
We would suggest you use WinFax 10 or newer and we will send you directions on the way we import numbers on our system per request. We will only send you the directions on how we do it, we do not offer phone or e-mail support.
 

I've seen other company's selling something similar?

Other versions of our data bases.

We are a reseller of our data bases, and have paid for the rights to do so. Many other companies have simply copied our lists and broke them up into smaller groups. These lists DO NOT HAVE a data base manager that helps you search for just the numbers you need. Plan to spend hours on getting the right list together. Before you buy ask if there list has a search option with a database manager.

Dismiss the myths of a 100% accurate list.
THERE IS NO SUCH LIST! If you notice on the sites that offer this they also have another blurb about a number for number exchange for each bad number. Obviously NOT 100% Most lists are 80-90%


List updated within the last 7 - ?? Days.
This list takes a great amount of time to put together, to go thru each number weekly and update them, then update an entire list and have no glitches in the software! Let me know when you find some one with proof, we would like to sell their product!

Can I get my fax number removed from your lists?

Yes, by all means. If you think your number might be on one of our lists, simply e-mail us with "remove my fax number" in the header and your fax number in the message. Also, we would suggest to make sure you do not have your fax number listed anywhere on the web.

Do you offer Resale rights on any of your products?

Yes, we do on a few. Simply e-mail us and tell us what you are interested in and we can tell you the costs.
